Getting Started

Thank you for your interest in obtaining T.L. King Cabinetmakers custom built cabinetry for your home.

Please note: The minimum project size supported is $5,000.00, since time and budget are important to both of us.

Phase I:

There are essentially four ways in which to proceed when planning for your project with T.L. King Cabinetmakers:

1.	The prospective customer can contact Tim King (owner) via phone 610-869-4220 and provide approximate dimensions and ideas to get a rough estimate of what the project may cost.
2.	The prospective customer can take measurements, draw a rough sketch and take photos of the room, then mail, fax or email them with a brief description of your project to get a rough estimate.
3.	Customer may contact Tim King to schedule an appointment to visit our showroom and shop (bring dimensions, photos of the room and your ideas along) to get a rough estimate.
4.	Contact Tim King for a free home consultation. Tim will bring photos and wood samples to discuss ideas with you. He will then mail or email you an estimate.

Phase II:

After receiving a rough estimate, you may contact Tim to arrange a home consultation (that is, if he has not been to your home) and then give him a $250.00 deposit for one CAD drawing and proposal.

Please Note: The $250 charge will be credited towards the balance of the project. (If you do not proceed with the order, the $250.00 will not be refunded.

Phase III:

Once the customer has decided to move forward with the purchase of a custom cabinet, they will sign the proposal and pay a 10% deposit for the job. When the signed proposal and drawing are received by T.L. King, the job will be placed on the schedule and the customer will be provided with an approximate date of installation.

Phase IV:

40% deposit will be due two weeks prior to construction.

Phase V:

The balance is due upon installation or delivery date.
